CANNPRISMA officially inaugurated its cultivation and processing unit in Castro Marim
On September 20th, CANNPRISMA inaugurated its medical cannabis cultivation and processing facilities, located in the municipality of Castro Marim.
These include an outdoor field, greenhouses and state-of-the-art technological equipment.
The event was attended by regulatory entities, local authorities and partners who helped to make “this dream come true”, in the words of João Nascimento (CEO).
The aim is “to cultivate and process medical cannabis of high quality and which will contribute to the improvement of the health of many patients”, said the company’s top responsible.
This is a project that involves a large investment in greenhouses, technology, software, security and specialized labor.
Now that this phase is complete, the next step is to complete the GMP pharmaceutical unit in Vila Real de Santo António.
